She explores art through illustration, oil painting and wood work, now the Edmonton designer behind Paper + Ink is taking an artistic approach to what some call an extreme sport.
Hayley Wright created The Skateboard Collective to offer custom designed skateboards, and longboards. She's since designed more than 70 boards and there's no turning back from here.
Wright ultimately hopes her boards allow all riders to express their creativity and encourages more women to get involved in the sport.
