Technology is ingrained in our daily life, but that doesn’t mean it’s entirely good for us! Therapist, stress expert and self care advocate Deepika Mittra says people need to be more aware of their use of technology, and more mindful about when and how it is used.

She was noticing trends with her clients around digital habits and consumption, and wanted to share her expertise to help more people and to help them realize they create the balance they are craving.
