As political tensions rise over the Kinder Morgan pipeline that has prompted a trade dispute between Alberta and British Columbia, ATB’s Chief Economist Todd Hirsch gives his economic take of the situation.
Hirsch has noted in the past that pipeline capacity would be something to watch in 2018.
