The political dynamic in Alberta changed in a big way through 2017. The unification and elimination of the PC and Wildrose parties paved the way to the UCP and Jason Kenney staking a claim on provincial politics.
The Liberals also selected a new leader in David Khan. And then there was the Alberta Party, which gained an MLA from the NDP, and lost a leader.
Could 2018 offer more of the same?
