It started as a hobby and took on a life of its own after she quit her job in the medical field, but now Lesi Lambert dedicates her time to making amazing cakes and helping other learn the art of sugar craft.
“When I figured out that I could actually turn pretty much anything into cake regardless of what it was, it was like the perfect marriage for me,” says Lambert. Her mission is to bring as many people as possible to the world of cake art.
