Estelle grew up in a very musical household in Calgary with a brother who’s also a renowned Cellist and two other siblings who play various instruments. Estelle says, she was deeply influenced by her brother in learning the cello, and eventually she started making a name for herself as well.
Estelle now calls New York home with her string quartet, “CALIDORE STRING QUARTET.” The group is constantly travelling around the world and selling out shows. They have made international headlines after winning various awards and has received recognition from multiple media outlets such as BBC, CBC and New York Times since then.
