On this week’s pop culture panel, we discuss the flood of fury that has resulted from the allegations of sexual misconduct in Hollywood. The publicity now being paid to gender discrimination has encouraged some to share their own stories, and has made others feel more free to express their anger about rape culture after what has been years of repressing it.

A GLAAD report has found that TV too often portrays the LGBTQ community as white and male. How could content more accurately portray racial and gender diversity?

We look at the return of Nipplegate. If you remember back to 2004, Janet Jackson’s breast was exposed during the Super Bowl halftime performance with Justin Timberlake. The singers apologized for what they called a ‘wardrobe malfunction’. Now that Timberlake is returning to the Super Bowl spotlight this year, the controversy has returned to the headlines and has some questioning the effect it had on Jackson’s career.

Plus some odd nail art that absolutely oozes unique appeal.
